Daily Routine / A typical week?

I start my day with a cup of coffee, meditation, and/or music. That is my Zen time. Then, based on how much time and how I prioritize things, I usually would fill up my day with a mix of play, work, and learn. In terms of physical activity, Yoga, Rock climbing, and creating dance movements with music are my absolute top three favorites.

Countries I’ve visited?

Born and raised in Bangkok but I’ve been fortunate to also study and live in Europe (Austria, France, England, Hungary, and Norway).  As I am interested in people and different cultures, I have traveled extensively throughout Europe and South East Asia.

5 words describe me?

I would say that I am determined, creative, enthusiastic, friendly, and have a can-do attitude.
