G’day guys!. My name is Jack and I am one of your Reburn trainers.

I started getting into fitness when I was a teenager. I have been all over the place in regards to my appearance. I’ve been the skinny kid, and I’ve been on the heavier side. When I started taking my fitness in to my own hand, I really started seeing change. That’s why I became a Personal Trainer, so I could start helping other see those changes also.

My career as a personal trainer has taken me all over the world and gotten me in contact with a lot of amazing people, who taught me loads. My first job was working on cruise ships out of America and Europe, but for now I am working in Melbourne, Australia and running my own business.

I love the strength and weights aspect of fitness the most, but I have also come around to the idea of cardio as I have seen it change from something that I HAD to do, to something I WANTED to do.

  • Cert III & IV Fitness
  • Instructor for yoga and spin onboard luxury vessels

A typical workout for me each week: strength training in my gym 5-6 days a week, 2x cardio classes.
