Hey everyone, my name is Murray, your Reburn coach! I have a background in fitness education, sports, strength and conditioning, mixed martial arts, archery and injury rehabilitation and prevention!

I haven’t always been fit though; my family has always struggled with our weight. Joining the fitness industry was the only way I could force myself into a healthy lifestyle, so it was all or nothing for me.

I’m lucky to have had the opportunity to manage some amazing gyms and build successful coaching businesses in both North America and Asia.
