I’ve been interested in fitness and exercise for a while to keep myself active and healthy. Until I find Pilates, it is more than just an exercise. Pilates gives me an awareness of my mind and body, plus a focus on movement during the workout. When you mindfully move with Pilates and know how your body functions, it makes your daily essential moves better. Changes in Pilates are tiny but progressing. It shows in the daily basis routine; walk taller, sit better, carry more grocery bags, or have more fun time with your kids. For those who do other sports, you may find Pilates helpful as it focuses on working your core body.

Qualified Stott Pilates instructor (functional anatomy, mat, and reformer), CPR, AED, and First Aid trained. Previously working in the hospitality industry (Airline), now a full-time Pilates instructor, both in a private setting and in group classes. Graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Assumption University.

Where do you live? 

I live and work in Bangkok Metropolitan and love to go around town by BTS or MRT to keep up with my schedule. I teach six days a week and love to work out functionally (Pilates, weight training, and bodyweight cardio). In my spare time, I like to relax with a good cup of coffee and read books to keep my mind growing in terms of self-development and mindset.

Favorite food

I enjoy eating fruits and vegetables, but vegans still consume meat and protein on occasion. My favorite types of food would be Thai and Korean food, especially hot pot with loads of stew veggies and mushrooms. The food I love the most is going to be my mom’s Chinese minestrone soup, no one can beat her on that.
