Hi, my name is Tiana Podpora. I’m a Ukrainian-born Wandergirl and a certified yoga teacher at 500 RYC and YACEP. After obtaining a master’s degree in music and intercultural relationships, I discovered yoga in India and started a teaching practice in Rishikesh. My passion for yoga has led me to teach a range of styles including Indian Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Kids, Aqua Yoga, Sound Healing with Tibetan bowls, and Art Meditation, both online and offline.

I love providing yoga sessions outdoors in nature as it helps people reconnect with their own nature. Additionally, I’m a certified psychosomatic therapist who works with stress by finding its core and eliminating it. I’m also a talented energy artist, organizing exhibitions and creating calming and electronic music that can be found on Spotify under Tiana Podpora. With my diverse set of skills, I’m committed to helping people live their best lives both physically and mentally.

A typical workout week:

Every day, I practice self-yoga for one hour. Additionally, twice a week, I engage in sound healing, hiking, swimming, and Acroyoga.

What countries have I visited?

I have lived in 7 countries (Ukraine, Poland, Iceland, Portugal, Crete Island, India, and Thailand). I have also visited many other countries including Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Slovakia, Serbia, the Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, France, Lithuania, Italy, Malta, Israel, Palestine, Turkey, Egypt, Macedonia, Greece, Portugal, India, Crete Island, Spain. I have also been to Russia (Saint Petersburg) and Belarus.
