Cheyenne Holman

As a teenager I discovered a love for all things health and fitness. After being sent on a month long school camp at 14 years old I started to take a liking to the daily 6am runs we were sent on.

At this same camp, I realised I actually didn’t hate vegetables (and other nutritious foods) after all. Not long after this I decided I was going to be a sports dietitian one day. While completing my Bachelor Degree in Exercise and Sport Science, I also gained my qualifications as a personal trainer. Throughout my Masters Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, I worked as a personal and group trainer in Sydney.

My favourite kind of training at the moment is strength training and I also enjoy running and pilates. I recently tried my hand at Australian Rules football which is probably the hardest kind of training/exercise I have ever done!
