Jenny

I’m full of positive energy and love to help people to improve their health and fitness. I live in Pattaya, Thailand and love my morning walks along the beach.

My nickname

My friends and family call me Jenny whilst my Thai nickname is Ing.

My favourite foods

My favourite food would have to be spicy mixed seafood (Yam Ruam Taley).

A typical day or week for me

Four days a week I walk 5.5 kilometres in the morning on the beach and thereafter 1.5 hours yoga practice.

Five days a week I teach yoga in the evening for 3 hours. On Saturdays I squeeze in 6 hours of teaching yoga.

I love yoga and all things fitness and love my early morning beach walks.
