Where do you live?

Currently based in Western Australia, I’ve taught Pilates to people of all ages and abilities between Sydney, Queensland, and WA over the last 5 years. I look forward to sharing my classes online with you, a lot of which will be filmed in beautiful locations around Australia!

My favorite food 

Lamb! I cook a roast lamb for friends most Sundays and have done so for years. I love sharing a healthy meal with others.

My typical day

For me is 5 a.m. wake up, and walk my dog along the beach at Dunsborough, WA. I start work at 6 a.m., where I teach 4 Pilates classes at a local studio in town that’s operated for over 20 years. I then spend the middle of the day teaching children private swimming lessons in their pools at home. I’ve done this for many years and absolutely love it! Summer is my favorite time of year as I teach Pilates and swim, giving me great variety throughout the day! I’ll then attend the studio to do a Pilates class for myself and often teach an evening class. I always watch the sunset at the foreshore before heading home for a healthy meal and an early night!

What countries have you visited?

 I’ve spent most of my time traveling in Australia. I lived in my van for 6 months and traveled the bottom half of the country. This year, I’m planning a full lap around Australia, beginning in Western Australia in June and returning here six months later. I can’t wait! I’ll be filming lots of classes to share with you along the way. I’ve also been to Hawaii 4 times, often to compete in ocean swimming events. I’ve been to Bali twice too.
